A few Words about Myself…
Since 1997, I have been working as a communication trainer, systemic coach, supervisor, process facilitator and multilingual moderator for companies, organizations, municipalities and individual clients, mainly in Europe. I have also been working as a lecturer in systemic consulting, as well as in coaching and organizational consulting, since 2002. My training focuses on team development, business moderation and communication. Since 2007, I have also worked as a trainer and on-site consultant for foundations, early childhood education institutions and municipalities.

I met France Barbot at a seminar in the spring of 2024.
I had only known France for 5 minutes and immediately supported her with various tasks. Among other things, one task was to remind her to drink water between exercises…😂
Since then, we have been in harmony, and more and more tasks have been added!
Since April 2024, I have been supporting France as best as I can – among other things – with various bureaucratic tasks and am now officially her employee and rare pearl. I am also studying educational sciences at the University of Education in Ludwigsburg.
I look forward to many more successful years of working with France.
Employee Pavel Jean
The first joint projects with France Barbot began in 2014/15. Here, we volunteered to accompany and support some people who were fleeing.
In the meantime, I studied educational sciences with a focus on psychology, peace education and gender studies. In addition, I have held workshops on sexual and queer education for young people in schools and worked as a leading Queer Officer at the University of Klagenfurt/Austria. Since July 2022, I have been supporting France in the office for systemic consulting as an assistant, co-trainer and speaker – in parallel with my other professional activities in Vienna.
Former Employee Sophia Terhaar
It all started with an internship in 2015… I was both the employee and the good fairy of France Barbot, and I am an educational scientist (B.A.), rehabilitation pedagogue (M.A.) and systemic consultant. In our daily work together, I supported France in the office and assisted her in particular with mail marathons, scheduling and administrative matters, as well as with the co-conception of courses and seminars. After more than seven years of very good cooperation, my further paths led me to youth welfare in Bavaria.
