The collaboration with Ms. Barbot was an extraordinarily valuable enrichment for our team in the school kindergarten and the inclusive daycare center.

In particular, the introduction of peer consulting has initiated sustainable changes: We finally have a fixed framework to support each other professionally, share experiences and jointly develop solutions for the daily challenges.

Since there is often little room for personal development in everyday life due to staff shortages, the individual coaching sessions were invaluable. Many employees were able to rediscover their strengths, gain more self-confidence and specifically develop their skills.

In particularly stressful situations, Ms. Barbot supported us with rapid and professional crisis support. She always managed to convey calm and security and to find viable solutions together with us.
